I had a reader ask (earlier this week) "why are you only giving us the first three cases now on your Lawsuit updates?"
I replied that RSS Mojo is a combination of the patent/trademark/copyright lawsuit feeds, as well as the USPTO News and Notices pages. Because we are dumping so much content to one "blog" (using categories to split the topics), I was asked (by readers) if I could shorten up the posts by using extended entries. Ergo that I what we now do. Thus...you have to "click to read more" for those LONG posts.
HOWEVER...the "click to read more" function apparently had a glitch that kept it from working.
Our blog programmer has fixed the glitch. So, if you tried to view the recently filed lawsuits and had issues, you might try again:
