I read this, but I am still not sure what changes they plan to implement, i.e., what do they mean by "additional disclosure"? They also propose required updates to disclosure. Are we back to the old - point to the relevant material in the document? And/or point out the distinction between reference submitted & your application? In Biotech, only journal articles are less than 25 pages, almost no patent publications or grants are that short. And we almost always have >20 documents to disclose...
