As of February 28, 2006, the organizations and persons listed below have submitted comments in response to the Proposed Changes to Practice for Continuing Applications, Requests for Continued Examination Practice, and Applications Containing Patentably Indistinct Claims, Notice of proposed rulemaking [PDF], first published in the Federal Register at 71 Fed.
